He is accused of circumventing sanctions, while his reputation is shadowed by information about the use of political prisoners' labor in Belarusian fields.

The essence of the charges of the prosecutor's office in Leipzig is the violation of the law on foreign economic activity. According to the investigation, in 2022, Dornau tried to circumvent the ban on the supply of machinery to Belarus. He drew up documents to export a telescopic loader to Kazakhstan, but in fact the machine went to Belarus.
