The Kremlin doesn't know how to respond to the chief's behavior.
By the end of the fourth year of a full-scale war in which the Russian Federation has no serious successes, dictator Vladimir Putin has suddenly lost all interest in what is happening on the front.
This was reported on February 5 by the Russian channel "VChK-OGPU", which is believed to be closely linked to Russia's intelligence services.
"A source told of a strange change in Vladimir Putin's mood since the beginning of 2026.... The Russian president stopped being interested in the war and started spending a lot of time with the patriarch (head of the Russian Orthodox Church Kiril Gundyaev - ed.). "Lately, observers have begun to notice that Putin has become less and less interested in military actions, 'breakthroughs' and the seizure of destroyed villages and hamlets on Ukrainian territory, although earlier he was very much involved in the process, regularly demanding reports," the resource reported."
He specified that in the last month Putin had more meetings with Gundyaev than in the entire previous year.
"In the Kremlin, the reason for such changes do not know the cause of such changes and, in fact, do not understand how to respond to the chief's behavior," stated "VChK-OGPU."
