"On Saturday night, Russia launched another massive strike on Ukraine: more than 400 drones and almost 40 missiles of various types. The production of these weapons would be impossible without foreign critical components, which the Russians continue to obtain to circumvent sanctions. And it is against such companies - suppliers of components and manufacturers of missiles and drones - that we are introducing new sanctions. He signed the relevant decisions," Zelensky said.

Financial sector

The Ukrainian president said that the second decree imposed sanctions against the Russian financial sector. The list includes companies through which supplies of components for the production of Russian missiles and drones are paid.

Crypto market and mining

Sanctions are also imposed against structures that provide the Russian crypto market and mining.

Zelensky noted that part of these decisions will be included in the 20th package of sanctions of the European Union, which is already at the final stage.
