Iran Has Attacked Military Bases In An EU Country

Iran fired missiles at British military bases in Cyprus on Sunday afternoon, March 1.

British Defense Secretary John Gili said this, according to lnderendent.

"We are pretty sure they were not targeting our bases," Gili said.

But he added that "it shows how unscrupulous Iranian retaliation is."

The minister also noted that 300 British troops were near Iranian targets in Bahrain.

"Some of them were within a few hundred yards of missile strikes," Gili said.
