The head of the Ukrainian Center for Occupation Studies, Petr Andryushchenko, told "Channel 24" that the Russians are looking for the Ukrainians' weak spot on the battlefield. He suggested that the enemy will try to concentrate their forces along the entire front line to advance.

Petr Andryushchenko noted that the Russians are suffering serious losses on the battlefield. Each time they are more and more difficult to compensate.

- They Russians have a problem that is beginning to gain momentum - a problem with recruiting. Raising lump sum payments is already not working. They have already been increased 15 - 20 times since 2022 and it doesn't help them," he said.

- At the beginning of the war the Russians managed to mobilize 40 - 50 thousand soldiers. Now it is difficult to gather 30 - 35 thousand.

The head of the Center for Occupation Studies believes that the Russian recruiting system is degenerating. This will continue to happen - it will get worse.

- This means that the Russian offensive potential is falling. There is also something they are trying to hide. It's about munitions. The level of munitions in the Russian army is much higher than in Ukraine," he said.

Andryushchenko added that Russians are fleeing the army en masse, even before reaching the firing range.
