Belarus intends to introduce the next changes. Possible innovations are provided by the plan of drafting "legislative acts" for 2026. This is written by the project "Chrysanthemum".

Possible innovation on occupational pensions

The authorities, among other things, plan to amend the Law № 322-З "On occupational pension insurance" and the Law № 118-З "On contributions to the budget of the state extra-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus."

"In terms of fixing the right to professional pension insurance for aviation workers of the Republican State Public Association "Voluntary Society for Assistance to the Army, Aviation and Navy of the Republic of Belarus," - says the justification to the plan of preparation of bills for 2026.
