Belgorod also experienced interruptions in water and heating supplies, Belgorod Region Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said.

"Belgorod and Belgorod district were subjected to massive rocket fire from the AFU," Gladkov wrote.

He specified that, according to preliminary information, there were no casualties as a result of the attack.

"Energy infrastructure facilities were seriously damaged. As a result, there were disruptions in electricity supply, water supply and heating," Gladkov said.

The governor promised to provide a more accurate scale of damage in the daylight hours.

"In Belgorod, there was a fire at one of the facilities - firefighting crews went to the site. In addition, the glazing of an apartment building has been damaged. All emergency services are on the ground," Gladkov emphasized.

At the same time, videos appeared on the network, on which explosions and arrivals can be heard in Belgorod.

"The missile strike was on the facilities of energy infrastructure, CHP, substation," says the caption to one of the videos.

At the time of publication of the material, the Ukrainian side did not comment on the rocket shelling of Belgorod.
