Secretary of the Russian Security Council Sergey Shoigu has admitted that the Urals has found itself in the zone of direct threat from Ukraine. Previously, this region was considered out of reach for air strikes.

Shoigu said that recently it was believed that Ukrainian forces were unable to reach the Urals, but now the situation has changed.

"Yes, not so long ago the Urals were out of reach for air strikes from Ukraine, but today they are already in the zone of immediate threat," he said.

We recall that on February 20, the Ukrainian military struck the Votkinsk plant. Later it became known that Ukrainian-made Flamingo missiles were used for the attack.
