Tehran's information was denied by the Israel Defense Forces.

The Israel Defense Forces denied claims by Iran's military authorities of a strike on the office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps previously said that following the attack on the facility, "the fate of the prime minister of the Zionist regime remains unknown."

"The IRGC is known for its ability to issue releases that are not true," RTVI a spokesman for the IDF, "by cynically using members of the media to spread the fruits of their imagination."

The IDF emphasized that it had detected another missile launch by Iran, but so far "there have been no reports of casualties or damage."

The IRGC today also claimed the destruction of three American fighter jets. U.S. officials said the planes did indeed land in Kuwaiti territory but were shot down by "friendly fire" from local air defense systems.
