Kellogg Admires Ukrainians' Fight Against Russian Federation

Ukrainian soldiers were actually able to stop the Russian war machine.

Former special envoy of US President Donald Trump Keith Kellogg believes that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has similar character traits to Trump. He said this on March 25 on the air of Newsmax.

"Zelensky is a tough leader. I understand that. He is similar to President Trump in many ways. He's very straightforward, very tough. Similar not in stature, but in character - in the way he acts and the way he speaks," Kellogg said.

He also reminded that the war of the aggressor country Russia against Ukraine is not a "business arrangement" and it must be completed. The responsibility for starting it lies with Moscow, Kellogg emphasized.

To do so, he said, pressure from Vladimir Putin should be increased.

He also noted that he personally visited Ukraine and saw the situation on the front.

"I pay great tribute to the Ukrainians - what they have done in more than four years is impressive. They have actually managed to stop the Russian war machine. And that deserves to be recognized. I think in time Putin has to realize that he can't win this war," Kellogg said.
