J.D. Vance called the aliens "demons" and promised to release files on them.
The Vice President of the United States Jay Dee Vance has said that he believes aliens are "demons". He said this in an interview with right-wing political commentator and youtuber Benny Johnson.
In the course of the conversation, Benny Johnson asked Vance, "Do you plan to make all the UFO files public?"
"We're working on it," Vance replied.
He also admitted that when he came into office, he was "obsessed with the UFO files," but has since been forced to divert his attention to other issues. However, Vance promised that he would "get to the bottom" of the case.
Commenting on the UFO mystery, J.D. Vance, who is a Catholic, expressed his opinion that those who people often believe are aliens are actually demons.
"I don't think they're aliens. I think they're demons anyway. I mean, every great world religion, including Christianity, which I believe in, has realized that there are strange things and there are things that are very difficult to explain. And I naturally, when I hear about some extraordinary natural phenomena, that's what I turn to - the Christian understanding that, you know, there's a lot of good, but there's also a little bit of evil. I think one of the devil's greatest tricks is to convince people that he [the devil] never existed," he said.
Last month, US President Donald Trump announced that he would order the release of documents related to aliens and UFOs.
On March 12, it became known that a general linked to secret UFO research programs had disappeared in the US.
