Consequences of strikes on Russian chemical giants and strategic ports.
Ukrainian strikes on facilities in Russia have significantly reduced missile production and cut Russian oil exports.
The head of the Center for Countering Disinformation Andrey Kovalenko reported this in Telegram.
"Russia has already lost almost 40% of its monthly missile production, about 45% of its oil exports as a result of Ukrainian strikes on their facilities, as well as logistics," he said.
Strikes on chemical giants
Lately, Ukrainian drones have increasingly attacked Russia's critical infrastructure, causing significant damage to its production capacity.
According to an earlier report by the head of the CPD, Ukrainian forces have successfully raided at least five Russian chemical industry plants over the past month, some of which have been attacked multiple times.
These plants are key in the munitions chain, and their shutdown would effectively paralyze further production.
Kovalenko said microelectronics manufacturers and facilities at the Watkin plant, where Iskander and Oreshnik missiles are made, were also under fire.
Attacks on Russian oil facilities
Ukrainian drones have also attacked the Leningrad region for seven days in a row. On March 29, the SBU reported a successful strike on the infrastructure of the oil terminal of the port of Ust-Luga.
Planet Labs satellite images from March 30 confirm large-scale fires in the ports of Primorsk and Ust-Luga after drone attacks.
On the night of March 31, explosions and heavy gunfire were again heard over the city of Ust-Luga, as well as in the Kirishi, Luga and Tosno districts.
The port of Ust-Luga is one of Russia's largest ports on the Baltic Sea and a key hub for oil product exports, located about 1,000 kilometers from the Ukrainian border.
