Near the US consulate in Dubai, UAE, on the evening of March 3, a small fire broke out due to an Iranian drone strike. Eyewitnesses of the incident told about it en masse, and shared the corresponding video online.

Local authorities noted that no one was injured as a result of the incident, and the fire has already been extinguished. In turn, the Reuters agency clarified that it was an Iranian drone that hit the U.S. diplomatic mission.

Witnesses describe smoke rising over the area near the U.S. consulate building. There are also several videos that allegedly show the moment the U.S. consulate grounds were hit.

The head of the US State Department Marco Rubio has just said on US broadcasters that there were "no casualties" at the US consulate in Dubai, the Iranian drone strike hit a parking lot.
