Russia's Ninth Airport Has Suspended Operations

Rosaviatsia reported that to ensure flight safety at Volgograd airport, restrictions have been imposed on receiving and sending planes.

The airports of Saratov, Penza, Sochi, Vladikavkaz, Grozny and Magas suspended operations earlier. More than ten hours ago, restrictions were introduced at Krasnodar and Gelendzhik airports.

Russian airports regularly suspend flights amid the threat of drone strikes. The restrictions are imposed for security reasons.
