Donald Trump: Cuba Will Fall Too

Iran will not be the last to surrender in the US President Donald Trump initiated conflict. Cuba will be next. The American leader said this in an interview with Politico.

"People like what's going on (referring to the US military operation in Iran - Editor's note)," Trump said.

He noted that Iran's government will not be the last to surrender.

"Cuba will also fall. We cut off all the oil, all the money, everything coming from Venezuela, the only source. And they want to make a deal," Trump said.

He also reiterated that the US is in touch with Cuba's communist leadership amid growing instability following the US military's capture of Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro.

Reminder, Donald Trump earlier said the Cuban government is "in big trouble, they don't have any money" and allowed for a "friendly takeover" of the country. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has also repeatedly sharply criticized the Cuban authorities, calling the current situation on the island unviable and stating the need for "dramatic changes."
