Vilnius airport has once again suspended the reception and departure of flights due to a hybrid attack with the use of weather probes. According to the official page of the air hub in Facebook, flight restrictions were in effect on the night of April 9-10 - from 22:30 to 05:15.

The reason for the closure of the sky were "navigation marks" recorded by radar, which in their characteristics correspond to balloons. This is the eighth such incident since the beginning of the year. The previous case of blocking airport operations due to weather probes was recorded at the end of March.
