Lukashenko As A Spitz

Take care of Umka, Rygorych.
The love of Lukashenko for the United Arab Emirates has long been known. He first traveled there back in 2000. Being already a world pariah, that year Lukashenko traveled between Tajikistan, Libya and Cuba. It is clear that against this background, the prosperous Arab country could not help but seem to him the limit of dreams and a possible depository of money.
Subsequently, he went to the UAE in 2007, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2023, 2024. More often, only to Russia. And in 2023 Lukashenko flew to the Emirates as many as four times - in January, February, November and December. And all these were called official or working visits. There was already a year of war in Ukraine, and, apparently, such an enviable frequency of trips was caused by the need to withdraw those assets that were in Russia, in a safe and rich country.
Lukashenko's eldest son Viktor also flew to the Emirates on his father's plane many times, and secretly. For example, in the spring of 2020 - together with Lukashenko's "purses" Oleksin, Vorobiy and Zaitsev. Apparently, the "purses" were told to put a certain amount of jingling coins in the Arab nightstand. And before that - back in 2013. At that time, the trip was so secret that Belarus learned about it only a week later from Arab newspapers, which wrote that "head of national security Viktor Lukashenko" came to the UAE, where he met with Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister. And in 2023, Lukashenko's press secretary Natalya "Massandra" Eismont told reporters that when her boss first started building relations with the Emirates, he immediately appointed his son to oversee those very relations. And his son's presence at all negotiations immediately increases the level of trust among Arab partners. (By the way, the "building" of relations began with the first trial visit, right after 2000, when his son Vitya was not even close to being Daddy's assistant on national security, but just spent the whole day playing solitaire on the computer in the Foreign Ministry office waiting for the end of the working day.)
By the way, I don't rule out that the final destination of the strange flight to Turkey on the night of August 9-10, 2020, when Belarusians wondered whether Lukashenko had run away with his family or decided to go to the sea while the barn was on fire, was not the resort Bodrum at all. Most likely, Lukashenko's relatives or emissaries simply transferred to another chartered private plane and flew to the Emirates. The thing is that former trips of Viktor Lukashenko to the UAE 10-15 years ago could have remained secret if Arab media had not written about it accidentally. And nowadays, when all malicious journalists have mastered services like PlaneFinder and Flightradar, there is no place for the airplane to hide from their biased observation. So you have to change planes. And the best option for a change of airplane is a southern airport near your destination, which does not arouse suspicion, or better - misleading. If you go to Bodrum, it means you've gone to a resort. Not so. Note that Lukashenko's plane has been flying quite regularly to Bodrum for the last few years, and not in the holiday season at all. So the version of flights to the sea is eliminated. But the version of replacing the plane with some private Turkish one, which has not been seen in Belarus, looks much more real.
Lukashenko obviously thought that now he is safe forever, and in a beautiful rich country he and his family will be welcomed at any moment, if black swans imprison him, and then there will be a happy life in the palace with opahalas and harems. Alas, we have bad news for him.
Brandishing the Israeli military and fraternizing with the ayatollahs, Lukashenko did not notice that the political balance has completely changed, and not in his favor. The Gulf countries, which he used to visit with pleasure and where he was accepted until recently as a legitimate ruler, have suddenly become Israel's partners: UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait. And they don't need a freeloader-loving ayatollah at all. Not even a sponger with billions - they have enough billions of their own.
Lukashenko, of course, thinks Trump will help him. He is sincerely convinced that Trump is a friend. But I hasten to disappoint. First of all, Trump has no friends. Second, he has not seven Fridays in a week, but at least twice as many, so today Cole came and brought obesity pills, but tomorrow will be another Friday, and Cole will go on Trump's errand in a completely different direction, and Lukashenko will be forgotten. And, third, Lukashenko is about as much of an Umka to Trump. The US President, of course, can even call Lukashenko to visit him. But at the same time he will show him as an oddity, a miracle-yudo, a talking dog: "Look how funny he is! And listen to the way he talks, it is possible to die of laughter! Have you ever seen such a thing?"
Take care of Umka, Rygorych. There are no other friends left. However, I wouldn't be so sure about Umka either.
