Iran Names Two Unfulfilled U.S. Truce Conditions

The parties are scheduled to negotiate on April 11.

Two points of the ceasefire agreed upon by Iran and the US have yet to be implemented, Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said in X.

"A ceasefire in Lebanon and the unblocking of Iranian assets before the start of negotiations. These two conditions must be met before the talks begin," he wrote.

The sides are scheduled to hold talks on Saturday, April 11. The meeting will be held in Pakistan.
