The AFU Took Control Of The Sky Over Donetsk

Russia's equipment is being blown up right on the streets and roads.

The 1st Corps of the Azov NSU has taken control of key logistical routes of Russian troops around Donetsk and in the city itself, writes "Dialog.UA".

The unit published a video showing Ukrainian attack drones hitting Russian equipment and manpower right inside the city limits and on key roads and highways.

According to the military, the drones are operating in the areas of Zugres, Andreevka, Starobeshevo, Gorlovka, Lisichansk and on the Donetsk Ring Road, where active strikes on enemy military targets are recorded.

Autonomously Guided AI Drones

The Hornet UAVs equipped with artificial intelligence elements are used for strikes. It is reported that the drones are capable of capturing the target automatically and continue targeting even without GPS thanks to machine vision.

These systems are resistant to electronic warfare and allow operators to hit targets at a considerable distance from the front line. According to the military's assessment, this significantly expands the possibilities of hitting enemy logistics.

The rear around Donetsk is no longer safe

The activity of Ukrainian drones in the deep operational zone points to the weakening of airspace control by Russian troops.

Routes previously considered relatively safe for the movement of equipment and ammunition are now under constant surveillance and at risk of being hit.

Military officials note that logistical strikes directly affect the ability of Russian units to supply the front.
