The parties agreed.
Hungary's future prime minister Peter Magyar has met with representatives of the parties that passed to the parliament and agreed with them on the date of approval of the new government. This, as "European Truth" writes, is reported by HVG.
The consultations were attended by representatives of Tisza, Fidesz, the Christian Democratic People's Party and Mi Hazánk (Our Homeland). Prime Minister Viktor Orbán was not present at the meeting, and the party was represented by his chief of staff Gergei Guiaz.
The participants agreed that the constituent session of the National Assembly would be held on May 9, and that a prime minister would be elected on the same day. According to Hungary's constitution, the duty to call the first session of parliament belongs to the country's president.
The representatives also agreed that the opposition would get more vice-presidential posts in parliament than it had previously - one from each party.
