He captured the faces of high-ranking occupiers.
Ukrainian blogger and prankster Evgeny Volnov, known under the pseudonym "Major Chernobayev," said that he managed to connect to a closed meeting of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade. He announced this on April 17 in his Telegram channel.
According to Volnov, the meeting discussed the localization of drone production in Russia. At the same time, according to the blogger, the content of the conversations points to serious problems with the "import substitution" program.
In an allegedly closed meeting, officials admitted that without Chinese components - engines, electronics and even plastic - "nothing flies." In particular, they mentioned the companies Albatros, Geoscan and Ufimets, which are required to localize production to a high level.
Volnov also gave the names of the participants - Serdyuk, Plotnikov and Abdulov - saying that their data, as well as information from the Russian State Information System for Industry (GISP), was now in the possession of the Ukrainian side.
In the published recording, the prankster can be heard joining the video meeting and addressing the participants with words to now "look back."
The publication Astra claims to have been able to identify the participants in the video call. According to their data, the main addressee of Volnov's address was the head of the unmanned systems and robotics department of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade Alexei Serdyuk.
