The Guardian: Charles III And Trump Will Meet Without Cameras

The reason for this format is given.
The meeting between British monarch Charles III and US President Donald Trump will be held in a closed format without the presence of the press due to fears of possible diplomatic incidents. This is reported by The Guardian.
The meeting in question is the main meeting between Trump and Charles, which will take place today, April 28. An interim meeting between the British monarch and the American leader took place yesterday. Charles III arrived along with his wife Camilla. Trump, along with US First Lady Melania, met them at the White House. They invited the royal couple for a cup of tea and then gave them a tour of the South Lawn of the White House.
The British side insisted that media access be minimized because of the risk of a repeat of situations like the public disputes that have previously arisen during Trump's meetings with other world leaders, particularly Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.
The two sides are expected to appear briefly in front of cameras at the start of the meeting, but the main talks will take place behind closed doors.
Diplomatic discretion and extra attention
The British government expects the king's participation to help improve relations between London and Washington, which have recently remained strained over political differences.
It is also reported that the British Foreign Office will be involved in the negotiation process, particularly to prevent potential awkward situations during the leaders' communication.
