He said there was a "large-scale fire" at the refinery, specifying that 164 people and 46 pieces of equipment were involved in the extinguishment, and this grouping would be increased. Ukrainian drones attacked the Tuapse refinery on the night of April 28. According to the authorities, no one was injured. This is the third strike on this refinery in the past two weeks. The previous ones occurred on April 16 and 20 and caused an ecological disaster. Due to a multi-day fire, the concentration of harmful substances in the air exceeded the norm several times, there was "oil rain" in the city, in addition, there was a leak of oil products into the river and the Black Sea. On the eve, the AFU General Staff said that the attacks on the refinery destroyed 24 tanks and damaged four more. The refinery belongs to Rosneft and is among the top 10 largest in the country.
