Z-writer Prilepin Recognized Putin's Complete Failure

However, blames it all on "agents of the West".

Ukrainian journalist Denis Kazansky has published a video dissection of the statements of famous Russian writer and propagandist Zakhar Prilepin. In them, the latter actually admitted the absence of even the slightest prospects of Russia in the war against Ukraine, writes "Dialogue".

According to Prilepin, the Russian Federation led by Vladimir Putin no longer "sets the goal" of capturing major Ukrainian cities like Kiev or Odessa, and tasks like "demilitarization," he continues with obvious irony, can be shifted to "Ukraine itself."

At the same time, he noted the slow progress of the troops and admitted that Moscow's maximum goal in this war could be to reach the borders of the Donetsk region.

The Z-propagandist placed the responsibility for the failures, as Kazansky pointed out, on unnamed "agents of the West" and some abstract internal forces, not on the country's leadership. He also claimed that Putin's Russia "missed the moment" for a successful offensive.

Kazansky's commentary emphasized the contradictory nature of Z-propagandist's rhetoric: after years of fighting and significant losses of the Russian army, the Kremlin's initial goals are now actually being acknowledged in the public sphere. At the same time, there are attempts to explain this by some external factors, which looks extremely illogical and even ridiculous.
