In a strike on Russia's naval military base in Novorossiysk, Ukraine probably used its new unmanned boat.

The surface drone that sparked the experts' interest was moving as part of a group of boats.

"What made this unmanned boat stand out was a visible remote-controlled machine gun station on the hull. The weapon appears to be designed to protect the craft from other drones," the expert wrote.

Ukraine is actively developing its drones, adapting them to the new realities of warfare. It has a family of Sea Baby unmanned boats in various configurations, including machine gun turrets and missile launchers.

The expert emphasized the importance of the port of Novorossiysk for Russia. It was there that the Russian Black Sea Fleet fled to escape Ukraine's strikes. Now the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue their attempts to destroy the remnants of Russian warships.
