Analyst Sergei Chaly draws attention to new aspects of Alexander Lukashenko's behavior on the example of his speech to the capital's medics during the opening ceremony of the 42nd polyclinic in Minsk.

"What was interesting about this event, where he spoke for about 25 minutes. Just because it was a stream of consciousness," explains Sergei Chaly in his author's program on the TV channel "Belsat".

According to him, Alexander Lukashenko in his speech spoke about all the problems that concern him: from the staff shortage in the "vertical" to the shortage of medical workers. In particular, he advised the medics "not to cry," but to "tolerate":

"Don't cry that you work more than 8 hours a day. Medics are like the president: we work as much as we need to. And where to go? So bear with it where you have to work 10 hours. Study new technologies, compact yourselves".

And this phrase Chaly pays special attention to.

"Everything is fine here. And compact yourselves, study new technologies. And the fact that let us work more. Yes they actually work more than 8 hours. According to Chaly, in this 25-minute speech Lukashenko managed to lie three times - "from harmless lies, then a little more useful and then the most vile one".

"Well, for example, among other things, he tells medics that if you don't like it, I can make you like in the West. I, he says, I can organize your reforms in 24 hours.... I have learned, I know how to do it. This is coming from a man who has not done any reforms. A man who constantly tells that this terrible incomprehensible market, we do not need", - argues Chaly.
