Now the occupiers will have to transport resources overland.

The Russian occupiers will have to increase logistical transportation along railroad lines running overland in the south of the occupied part of Ukraine. This should allow the Defense Forces to further disrupt the supply of the occupiers.

So the head of the Ukrainian Center for Security and Cooperation Sergey Kuzan commented on the Radio NV airing of the last Russian railway ferry "Slavyanin".

"Logistical opportunities between Crimea and the Russian Federation are being methodically reduced," Kuzan emphasized.

The military expert noted the systematic nature of the work, as the Slavyanin was the largest of the heavy railroad ferries. According to him, unlike car ferries, railroad ferries are a more difficult target to hit. He explained that drones or other means with warheads weighing 100 kilograms or more are needed to defeat railroad ferries. He compares the difficulty of disabling these ferries to tankers.

"Our capabilities show that we are really building up our firepower," Kuzan emphasized.
