Ukraine already has means of defeat similar in range to German Taurus cruise missiles. This was stated by Defense Minister Mikhail Fedorov at a briefing with his German counterpart Boris Pistorius in Kiev on Monday, May 11, writes "Interfax-Ukraine".

"If we talk about Taurus, then of course, that we now already have missiles that operate at a range similar and more. But there can never be a shortage of such means of defeat," Fedorov said.

He noted that Ukraine is gaining some independence in the direction of developing long-range missile systems.

"We have all seen the strikes on the Russian Federation at 1,500 kilometers. And that is why Ukraine does its homework well," the minister added.
