Ukraine is making a difference.
Estonia's foreign intelligence chief Kaupo Rozin said in an interview with Reuters that Vladimir Putin is left with a limited set of options in Ukraine as the Russian army shows no meaningful advance on the frontline and sanctions pressure from the West is gradually draining the country's resources.
He estimated that in the fifth year of a full-scale war, Russia is suffering casualties that exceed the rate at which it is replenishing its army, while carrying out a general mobilization "Now is not the time to hesitate - sanctions must be continued," Rozin said.
