Europe is increasing pressure on Russia, however, according to German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, it is time for Moscow to move to negotiations. He said this at a meeting with the new Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Radev. The meeting was broadcast by YouTube channel Phoenix.

"Moscow must realize that it will have to negotiate. Europe is ready to sit at the negotiating table together with Ukraine, Russia and the United States," Merz said.
