He drank a lot and berated Putin.
A video of Russian Z-blogger Egor Guzenko, known by the call sign "Thirteen," who was sent to an assault unit several weeks ago and has been missing since late April, has appeared on the Web. The released footage has spread through Russian resources, "Dialog" reported.
The video includes three recordings made at different times. All of the footage shows Gouzenko in a state of severe alcohol intoxication. In one of the clips he is lying unconscious, in another he is cursing Putin.
Sources say that this behavior could be the reason why he was sent to the so-called "meat assault." The blogger's associates claim that before being sent, he was given an old foreign weapon in poor condition. After that, Gouzenko never got in touch again.
In the meantime, the administrators of his Telegram channel began openly threatening the command of the 33rd regiment, where the blogger served, with the publication of compromising materials.
They say the channel has about two hours of video recordings in which Gouzenko allegedly details abuses within the unit, naming specific names and positions.
The allegations voiced include using his official position for personal gain, sending under-treated soldiers from hospitals to the front, and the participation in combat missions of fighters with severe diagnoses, including HIV, tuberculosis and hepatitis C. There is also talk about the alleged organization of shadow business on the front line.
