But not the United States.

Iran, according to Arab media, has transmitted a new proposal for a possible long-term truce to the US side via Pakistan. This is reported by Al Arabiya

According to the publication, Tehran is ready to consider freezing its nuclear program instead of dismantling it completely. As part of this proposal, it is discussing the transfer of about 400 kilograms of highly enriched uranium to Russia rather than the United States.

And Iran, according to sources, agrees to give up demands for compensation for the alleged US-Israeli strikes if Washington makes economic concessions.

The proposal calls for a "long-term, multi-phase truce," with Tehran seeking to maintain a political formulation that avoids reputational losses.

Separately emphasized is Iran's demand to take discussion of the possible opening of the Strait of Hormuz out of the nuclear talks. In case of crises in the region, Tehran insists on preserving the mediation role of countries such as Pakistan and Oman.
