British Prime Minister Keir Starmer congratulated London's Arsenal on winning the English championship during a speech in Parliament, The Independent reports.

"Let me congratulate Josep Guardiola on his success at Manchester City," he said. - "And while I'm on the subject, I would like to congratulate Arsenal Football Club on winning the Premier League."
