Kirill Budanov: Rus Is Ukraine, And It Is We Who Must Dominate Russia

A Ukrainian official gave a history lesson.

The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyryl Budanov has made an interesting statement about the history of Rus and relations with Russia. According to him, it is Ukraine that is supposedly the heir to Rus, and Russia has stolen this history.

"Rus is Ukraine, and it is we who should rule over Russia. The Russians have stolen our history," Budanov said.

He said Ukrainians "voluntarily gave away" a significant part of their own historical heritage, which Russia privatized.
