Crimea is gripped by a fuel crisis.
In occupied Sevastopol, the city of Sevastopol has introduced coupons for the sale of diesel fuel and limited the sale of gasoline in one hand to 20 liters.
The decision affects the largest gas station chain TPP, said Mikhail Razvozhayev, the Russian-appointed "head" of the city. "Now there are certain logistical difficulties, the reasons for which are known. <...> To avoid hype, like last time, we introduce a measure that has already proven its effectiveness," Razvozhayev wrote in his Telegram channel. He asked local residents to "treat the situation with understanding" and "not to create an artificial frenzy."
Sevastopol became the first territory, among those that are part of the Russian Federation and under temporary occupation, whose "authorities" introduced a restriction on fuel sales due to Ukrainian strikes on oil refineries (refineries). Before that, the lack of AI-92 and AI-95 gasoline at gas stations began to complain in Ryazan. "Before work I passed three gas stations in the Oktyabrsky district, did not find 95. At the same time, the gas station attendant in "Full tank" said that the benefits of the discount card are now ineffective. A driver came up behind me and said that there was no 92 at many gas stations," a local resident told Govorit NeMoskva.
