The occupiers are detected on their approach.
Representative of the Southern Defense Forces Vladislav Voloshyn said in a commentary "We are Ukraine" that Russian troops have failed to establish control over the village of Malaya Tokmachka on the Orekhiv direction in Zaporizhzhya region for more than four years - 1,500 days - despite regular assaults and statements about its alleged capture.
According to him, the village remains under the control of the Ukrainian forces thanks to effective defense and timely detection of the enemy on the approaches.
"This is a bone in the throat... of the Russian aggressor," Voloshyn said, stressing that Ukrainian units are trying to prevent the enemy from advancing to the village and disrupt their attempts to gain a foothold.
According to the data, on this section of the front, Russian forces are also carrying out assault operations in the areas of Charivne and Bilohirya. The situation remains tense, however, according to the spokesman, the Ukrainian defense is holding its ground and does not allow the enemy to advance deep into the territory.
