This was stated in interview with Charter97.org by Ukrainian military-political observer of the group "Information Resistance" Alexander Kovalenko, commenting on the possibility of the AFU response to Lukashenko's provocations.

- What will be the consequences of the Ukrainian response for Lukashenko's regime and the balance of power in the region?

- Weakening, a reputational blow, of course. I will even say more, it will be a reputational humiliation not only for Lukashenko's regime, but also to some extent for the Russian Federation. Lukashenko should act very carefully for one simple reason.

Ukraine, unlike in 2022, will not behave as tolerant as possible towards Belarus now. Any aggressive outbursts in our direction, which we may regard as a threat, may trigger one scenario or another. Therefore, Lukashenka should be as careful as possible, even, elementary, in his expressions.
