"Holes" in the Russian air defense system have no one to close them.
Cadets of the Penza Artillery Institute in Russia are planned to be involved in mobile groups to protect oil depots and fuel facilities from drone attacks. The reason is called the lack of air defense forces due to the increase in drone strikes.
This was reported in the guerrilla movement "ATESH", citing information from cadets of a Russian military university.
According to the movement, the Russian command is forced to "plug holes" in the air defense system by those who have not yet gone to the front. The cadets are planned to be included in mobile groups that will guard oil depots and other fuel facilities on Russian territory.
The ATESH movement said it has created a separate branch, the ATESH Cadet Corps - to work with cadets from various military educational institutions in Russia. It claims that cadets who go on the phone are passing on information about the Russian command's plans.
"Those who go on the phone are passing on real information that helps stop this war," the movement said.
ATESH also said that strikes "from within the system" are one of the most effective ways to bring the war to a close and save lives.
