According to Iranian agencies, explosions erupted in the port areas after the attacks. Air defense systems in western Tehran were also reported.

A senior US administration official emphasized that the strikes should not be perceived as the beginning of a new stage of military conflict. At the same time, official details about the consequences of the attacks have not yet been disclosed.

The Iranian headquarters of Khatam al-Anbiya said that the US actions violated the existing truce. According to Tehran's version, US forces attacked an oil tanker in the Jaska area, as well as another vessel near the Emirati port of Fujairah.
