The Kremlin has reacted to a decree by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky that appeared on Friday allowing a parade in Moscow on May 9.
This document, officially published on the Ukrainian leader's website, apparently came as a big surprise to representatives of the Kremlin regime. This became apparent from the speaker of the Russian dictator Dmitry Peskov, who blushed and stammered in a comment to Russian propagandists in response.
A video published by Russian propaganda shows a long pause in the Kremlin spokesman's speech before he was able to find the words to answer the relevant question.
In the end, he called the Ukrainian leader's decree a "silly joke" and said that "woe to anyone who tries to tease Victory Day." Peskov also said that the Russian regime allegedly "does not need anyone's permission."
