At the final station of the Institute of Culture, experts confirmed the presence of serious defects in the wheelsets of the electric train ER9, which followed the train №6818. According to experts, the fault posed a potential threat both to the passengers of the train itself and to the people in the following trains, who could have gotten on the damaged section of the track.
