The Minsk Motor Plant is looking to hire 120 workers. That is the number of job postings from this company listed in the national job database. "Zerkalo" explains what kind of staff the plant is looking for and what salaries they are offering.

One of the highest salaries at this plant is offered to the head of the legal department—3,000–3,300 rubles. The deputy head of the organization for ideological work is offered 3,000 rubles, while an automatic line and machine tool setter is offered 3,000–3,250 rubles.

A senior foreman, a CNC machine operator, a sales specialist, and an automatic and semi-automatic machine setter are promised a salary of 2,700 rubles.

Some of the lowest salaries are for measuring instrument and special tool inspectors and archivists (1,200 rubles per month each).

Loaders are promised 1,500–1,900 rubles, accountants 1,700 rubles, and boiler room operators 1,850 rubles.

They are willing to pay 880 rubles for a part-time neurologist, as well as for an ophthalmologist.

Earlier, as reported by the website Charter97.org, at the Minsk Automobile Plant, a serious staffing crisis has begun. The plant is short 400 workers.
