New attacks in the Kherson region.

On the night of Monday, June 15, Ukrainian forces once again attacked bridges in the occupied part of the Kherson region—toward Chongar and the Arabat Spit, reported the region’s “governor” appointed by Russian authorities Vladimir Saldo. “Following the nighttime attack, the bridge near Chongar has been damaged again. Traffic through the Dzhankoy checkpoint is completely blocked," Saldo wrote on Telegram.

According to him, strikes were carried out overnight on the bridge connecting Henichesk with the Arabat Spit.

Later, Saldo reported that two-way traffic through the Dzhankoy checkpoint had resumed—passage is now organized via a pontoon bridge for passenger vehicles.

Over the past week, the bridge near Chongar and the bridge connecting Henichesk with the Arabat Spit have been attacked several times. The previous strike on these targets took place on June 13.

Meanwhile, the “governor” of the occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region Yevgeny Balitsky reported that due to Ukrainian attacks, traffic has been suspended on one of the road bridges connecting northern Crimea with the mainland.

Balitsky clarified that, due to the restrictions, traffic is being rerouted via the Melitopol–Novoalekseevka–Novotroitskoe–Chaplinka–Mirnoe–Armiansk route.
