On the morning of June 16, drones attacked Moscow. A fire broke out at the city’s largest oil refinery, located in the Kapotnya district. This was reported by the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation Andrey Kovalenko.

“Moscow is under attack; the Moscow oil refinery is on fire. Although [Russian dictator Vladimir] Putin has pulled virtually all key air defense and missile defense systems into Moscow, this does not save the Russians. Putin is not a guarantor of safety for Muscovites,” he wrote.

As noted by the Telegram channel Exilenova+, the oil refinery is surrounded by dozens, if not hundreds, of air defense systems.
