Zelenskyy Commented On The Strike On Moscow

The President of Ukraine announced a "just response."
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed the successful strike carried out by Ukrainian forces on June 16 against Russian oil refinery in Moscow, located 500 kilometers from Ukraine. The Ukrainian head of state called this attack a just response to the shelling of Ukrainian cities and thanked the special services and missile forces for their effective work.
The strike on the Russian oil refinery was organized and carried out by personnel from the Security Service of Ukraine, the Unmanned Systems Forces, the Special Operations Forces, and the Main Intelligence Directorate, in conjunction with servicemen of the missile forces, to whom the head of state expressed his official gratitude.
“Russia must be forced to end the war against our people. And Ukraine’s long-range weapons are one of the key components of such coercion. This is a just response to Russian strikes and a response to the prolongation of a war that must be ended. Glory to Ukraine!” — declared the head of state.
