"Moscow Will Fall After All. And Not On A Beach In Crimea."

Ukrainian military units carried out another large-scale attack on targets in Russia, specifically on infrastructure in the Moscow area. The strikes targeted the oil refining sector, which supplies the Russian military.

The commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Unmanned Systems Forces Robert Brovdi “Madyar” posted a symbolic photo and commented on the results of the operation. The post appeared on his Telegram channel.

According to the military official, this marks the third time in the past month that Ukrainian forces have launched a massive strike against the Moscow Oil Refinery. Units of the Unmanned Systems Forces, specifically the “Madyar Birds,” as well as other units, were involved in the operation in coordination with the Special Operations Forces, the Security Service of Ukraine, and the Main Intelligence Directorate.

As noted, the attacks targeted facilities in Russia’s fuel and energy sector and military-industrial complex, which are key sources of funding and support for the war against Ukraine. In addition, air defense systems and enemy personnel are listed among the priority targets.

“Moscow will fall after all. And not on a beach in Crimea. The Kremlin realizes this—there are fewer and fewer untouchable or out-of-reach zones. A borscht recipe from the Freedom-Loving Ukrainian Bird: fierce but pragmatic screening and destruction of the enemy’s energy and military-industrial infrastructure—as sources of funding and support for the war against Mother Russia—the destruction of air defense systems, and the elimination of enemy manpower,” noted “Magyar.”

The statement also draws a historical parallel with 1812, when Moscow was burning during Napoleon’s campaign. “Madyar” drew a comparison with the current period, hinting at 2026 as the point at which the “outcome could be secured.”

“And yes, it would seem possible to consolidate the result by September 14–18, given history: 1812 versus 2026, when Moscow was burning and when power will once again be consolidated through elections,” he noted.

He also emphasized that Ukrainian forces are operating with the moral high ground in the war.

“The retribution machine is in full swing,” added the SBS commander.

As a reminder, on the morning of June 18, Ukrainian drones carried out a new series of strikes on Moscow. The target of the strike on the aggressor country’s capital was a large oil refinery. A massive fire broke out as a result of the attack.
