Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has said there could be a massive Russian strike this night as well. He urged citizens to respond to the alarms.

Zelensky said this during an evening video message on Tuesday, June 2.

"We know from intelligence that there could be a massive strike this night as well. Please, I ask you very much, pay attention to the alerts," the head of state said.

The president emphasized that all partners in Europe need to keep working so that there are missiles for Ukrainian air defense, as well as the necessary systems and vital intelligence and other things that help save lives.

"Obviously, Europe needs its own anti-ballistic system of sufficient volume, sufficient strength to guarantee protection from any threat. There will be negotiations, there will be meetings that will bring this result closer. Today we have approved the relevant diplomatic schedule for June. It will be active," Zelensky emphasized.
