Two Buildings Of The Gutten-Chapsky Residence Near Minsk Are Up For Sale

Applications for the auctions will be accepted until July 16.

At the most famous residence of the Gutten-Chapsky family, buildings and land plots are being offered for lease for 99 years, according to the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange.

The “BUTB-Property” platform has announced upcoming auctions for the sale of two buildings in the village of Stankovo in the Dzerzhinsk District. The washhouse and stable are located next to the Chapskys’ estate park and a local lake.

The starting price for the washhouse is nearly 5,700 rubles, and for the stable, over 7,600 rubles.

“In both cases, the designated use of the plots can be changed to allow for residential estate development, and the buildings can be renovated and/or demolished and replaced with new ones,” noted BUTB.

All work must be completed within four years from the date the acceptance and transfer act is signed.

Applications for the auctions will be accepted until July 16, and the auctions themselves will take place on July 21.

The Gutten-Chapskys were a noble family that owned large estates in the Minsk Region, including: Stankovo, Priluki (near Minsk), and lands in the Minsk and Igumen districts.
