The skyscraper is 109 stories tall.
According to the network, people were evacuated from the building. Emergency services are on the scene. CNN, citing published photographs, reports that a Sunward SA60L Aurora light aircraft belonging to a local aviation company may have been involved in the incident.
After the impact, large pieces of the building and parts of the plane fell onto the street. According to an eyewitness quoted by the newspaper, a woman with a head injury was taken away by ambulance after the incident.
