The Ukrainian Armed Forces Have Again Attacked Russia's Largest Space Communications Center In Dubna

On the night of June 30, Ukraine launched a massive drone attack on the Moscow region. According to Andrei Vorobyov , governor of the Moscow Region , at least 60 drones were involved in the attack. They were “intercepted” in Domodedovo, Chekhov, Yegoryevsk, Kashira, Voskresensk, Pavlovsky Posad, Odintsovo, Bronnitsy, Ramenskoye, Stupino, Kolomna, and Dubna. In the latter, according to preliminary data, the largest space communications center (SCC) “Dubna” in Russia was attacked again. This was reported by the Ukrainian monitoring channel Supernova.

The channel published footage from an eyewitness, filmed from the bank of the Dubna River, showing a column of smoke rising, presumably above the SSC of the same name. According to the channel, one Russian serviceman died from his injuries as a result of the attack on the center. Vorobyov confirmed the “strike” on Dubna but stated that during the attack, an “administrative building” in the city was damaged by drone debris. According to him, there were no casualties. Prior to this, the “Dubna” CKS had been struck on June 22.

At that time, according to the Ukrainian side, “extensive smoke” was observed in the center.
